Main Responsibilities:
Marketing Coordination:
- Coordinate the sourcing, quoting, and ordering of marketing materials and in-store collateral.
- Manage relationships with suppliers, including obtaining competitive quotes and overseeing production timelines.
- Liaise with the design team to ensure artwork and specifications are delivered accurately for production.
- Ensure quality control of delivered materials, oversee distribution to stores, and communicate any relevant usage or installation guidelines.
- Support the planning, coordination, and on-site execution of brand events, activations, and collaborations across the Europa Group portfolio.
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing and brand communication strategies.
- Act as a brand custodian, ensuring consistent application of brand identities, visual standards, and corporate guidelines across all touchpoints.
- Provide support with client and stakeholder queries as required.
- Assist in identifying and coordinating sponsorships, partnership opportunities, and related deliverables.
- Support the execution of integrated Europa Group campaigns, including coordination across channels and departments.
- Assist in managing agency relationships and ensuring quality and consistency of output.
- Assist with the execution and scheduling of SMS marketing campaigns.
- Liaise with shopping centre marketing teams for all in-mall and in-store activations, securing required approvals and ensuring all activities comply with centre guidelines.
- Coordinate approvals for store installations, and campaign rollouts across all centres.
- Serve as the communication link between Europa Group stores and mall marketing teams to ensure participation and visibility in mall-led campaigns.
- Maintain strong relationships with centre marketing departments to maximise exposure and secure opportunities that enhance brand visibility.
- Liaise with out-of-home media agencies to explore and secure in-mall advertising placements that support campaign objectives.
- Ensure accurate, consistent, and up-to-date brand representation across all mall platforms, including directories, digital screens, websites, and social media listings.
- Monitor mall marketing calendars and proactively identify opportunities for brand inclusion or enhanced presence.
- Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of internal office events and functions.
- Support the development and delivery of community and social responsibility projects, including planning, logistics, and on-site coordination where required.
- Liaise with relevant partners, organisations, or venues involved in community initiatives to ensure smooth execution and alignment with Europa Group values.
- Provide administrative and operational support for all CSR activities, including communication, timelines, documentation, and reporting.
PR & Communications:
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of press releases, media communications, and investor-related updates.
- Support brand and PR communication efforts across the Europa Group portfolio, ensuring messaging consistency and alignment with brand guidelines & strategy.
- Coordinate stylist sourcing requests, product loans, and ongoing stylist relationships.
- Contribute to the development and coordination of media kits, press materials, and brand information packs.
- Support the execution of product promotions and PR-driven marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with the Social Media Coordinator to plan, prepare, and deliver press and influencer gifting.
Marketing Operations & Administration:
- Track marketing spend, process invoices, and maintain accurate budget and procurement records.
- Maintain organised filing systems, supplier documentation, and marketing inventories.
- Assist with the coordination of internal marketing materials such as welcome packs and staff resource
- Consistently monitor Marketing material stock levels as well as accurate distribution tracking.
- Maintain, monitor and report on marketing databases, ensuring information is accurate and current.
- Provide general administrative and operational support to the Marketing Manager as required.
Graphic Design:
- Assist with basic internal design requirements across the marketing department.
- Create simple marketing and internal design assets that support day-to-day brand and operational needs.
- Adapt and update existing brand templates for presentations, reports, emails, and internal communications.
- Assist with designing or editing straightforward digital content for various channels.
- Produce collateral for internal events and operational requirements, including invitations, signage, and in-store notices.
- Prepare artwork for print, ensuring correct specifications and managing minor design revisions when needed.
- Support the Graphic Designer with layout adjustments, mock-ups, and general design-related tasks
