Returns/Refunds Terms & Conditions

If you wish to return your online purchase, Europa Art & Co. will gladly assist, provided the following conditions are met:

  • A valid proof of purchase, till slip, or gift receipt is presented.
  • You notify us of your intention to return the product within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.
  • The product is unused, in its original condition and packaging, with all tags attached.

 

Refunds will be processed according to the original payment method used at checkout:

  • Credit or Debit Card payments: Refunds will be credited to your Europa Art & Co. Wallet, log in to your account to view your wallet balance.
  • Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) payments, including Payflex, Happy Pay, and PayJustNow – will be refunded through the respective BNPL platform.

Please note that delivery fees are non-refundable. Refunds are typically processed within 5 business days after the returned product has been inspected and approved.

Europa Art & Co. offers one free return per order within 30 calendar days from the date your order was received. Any additional return requests for the same order will incur a return shipping fee.

Cancelling orders

Cancellation of orders will only be accepted if done within 24 hours of placing such order.
